Complete disappointment

I’ll split my review into two parts; for the support team and the actual product.

Re customer support —It took the product nearly two months to arrive despite advertising arrival with a week. During this period I had to follow up with the support team a number of times, as each eta they provided me with was not met. Whenever I requested a refund because of how disappointed I was in the process they wouldn’t even acknowledge my request, instead offering me a months supply of bin liners. A gesture, which in writing seems nice, but ultimately weird that I requested a refund twice and they chose to ignore that. Until the purr-pod arrived I was pretty sure I had just been scammed… ultimately a stressful experience as i live pay cheque to pay cheque and it took me a long time to save up for this product.

Re purr-pod — it’s a bit too small and its cleaning cycle is loud. My cats just seem a bit scared of it. After trying to slowly introduce the automatic litter into my cats life I haven’t had any success. Both cats refuse to use it. I think maybe this product might be better suited for kittens or smaller cats (mind you mine aren’t by any means large).

As much as I want a refund I have no faith they will acknowledge that or be willing to accept that as it was on sale at time of purchase.

If the support team is willing to approve a refund that would go a long way for me and would be greatly appreciated.

It’s great I love it

It’s great I love it. I don’t like the app so I just use it manually. Much healthier for me. Much less work to maintain a clean litter both my cats like it and they had no problem getting used to it. It’s a godsend for me.
