Wasn't happy but now I am

I wasn't happy right away. It took me three different litters to find one that works well with the filtering. I am using a clay clumping litter but it does sometimes get stuck so doesn't fall from the base. I tried tofu and sand but tofu didn't filter so waisted heaps when cleaning and sand was messy.
If your cat pees and poops perfectly then this would be ideal for you. I have three cats, Bengal at 8.5kgs, Burmese at 7.5kgs and Siberian at 5.5kgs. It wasn't ideal for my Bengal as he was too big and he doesn't pee in a perfect dimension. I spent more time cleaning the barrel then I would from my normal litter box so I had to keep his normal box and I moved the Purrpod so he couldn't use it. Now it is just my Burmese and Siberian using the box and now I love it. Once you get the litter right and litter level, it's the best thing ever. I also recommend replacing the bag twice a week as it does stink if you leave too long.

What a life saver

Have had this for almost a month now. I have 4 cats and they are all using it. Definitely has made a difference with reducing the smell and loving that it doesn’t have to been cleaned out every day. So far so good.

Amazing

My husband was against us getting another cat due to the litter box. They smell, they are messy and he just couldn't live that way again. I heard of a purr pod from a friend and told him about it. He said if we got one then I could get a kitten. So we are both happy. I have my beautiful kitten and he has his purr pod with no kitten litter cleaning and no kitty litter smell.
